West Coast Girl Living An East Coast Life
Like many families, I love going home for Thanksgiving. For me, home is San Francisco and the Bay Area. I usually host Thanksgiving in Sonoma or Napa with family and friends. My sons, Zack and Del, both have Thanksgiving week birthdays so as an adult, Thanksgiving has become even more special. We spend the week cooking, drinking wine, playing mini golf (there is a great mini golf in Sonoma), hiking, going for long walks or running, and playing cards. Pure bliss.
My family just went home two weeks ago, for the Operation Smile Gala, in San Francisco where we honored musician Matt Nathanson for his work with the Starkey Hearing Foundation. It was a magical night. With the launch of our Perfect Pop Up, we are loving not traveling this year, and being part of our Greenwich community. Tomorrow, I am excited to host my East Coast family for dinner, football and cards here in Greenwich. Our store is closed Thursday, but open today until 3 p.m. and open all weekend so please drop in.
I am thrilled to bring everything I love about San Francisco, and Sonoma & Napa, to my new store to share with you. Northern California is beautiful but, it also such a vibrant business community, not just in technology, but in food, fashion, music and art. Expect to see many of these great companies featured in our new store and online.
