Return, Exhange & Refund Policy
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not happy, please note our policy below.
All seasonal holiday merchandise, sale items and food related items are final sale and non refundable. All items on sale are final sale.
Our Return Policy
- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for a full refund or exchange.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We hope your items arrive safely but if for any reason there is damage, please send us photos of the damage so we can submit a claim and replace or refund your purchase within 7 days of receiving the item
- For international orders, additional taxes and duties for may be required at the country of entry which The Perfect Provenance is not responsible for.
- We cannot take orders over the phone.
There are some items, however, that are not eligible for return, including:
- All sale items
- Food/ Beauty Perishables
- Holiday Merchandise
- Beauty Products.
- Merchandise that is damaged once it leaves our store.
- All purchases must return in the condition in which it left our store to be eligible for a refund.
