¾ Teaspoons Garlic,
Minced ¾ Teaspoons Shallot,
Minced 1 ¾ Tablespoons Dijon
½ Cup Champagne Vinegar
¼ Cup Honey
¼ Cup Lemon Juice
½ Teaspoon Tabasco
1 Tablespoon Salt
1 Cup Extra Virgin Nocellara Olive Oil by The Perfect Provenance

Combine all ingredients except oil in a blender, and blend until smooth. Reduce blender speed to low and slowly drizzle in extra virgin olive oil. You can then place in dressing bottle and store in refrigerator. Va Bene -- you have a perfect salad dress!
